How do I clean my thermal food container?

Cleaning your insulated lunch container is a breeze! Simply hand wash it with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge or brush, rinse off and dry thoroughly. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may scratch the surface of your container.

How can I keep my food hotter for longer?

• To keep your food hotter for longer: Add some boiling water to your empty container, pop the lid on securely and let it sit for a few minutes. This allows the water and steam to create a cosy hot environment for your morsel—simply pour out the water and wipe dry before adding your food or drink and you’re good to go.
• To keep your drink chilled: Pop your empty container in the freezer for at least 10 minutes, add in your cold food or drink and you’re all set. You can also get the same effect by adding ice to your empty container, sealing it, and waiting a few minutes, then pouring it out and adding your food or drink.
