We want you to love everything you order from frank green, but if something isn't quite right you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to initiate a return.
Product/s must be unopened, undamaged, and unused. Please note, monogrammed items, limited edition collections and Lucky Bags are final sale and are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
Returns are issued as store credit, a refund to the original payment method or an instant refund to your bank account via Refundid. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are not covered, and you're responsible until the item is delivered and inspected. You will be able to purchase a label directly from us and the amount will be taken off your refund.
For order issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, order number or proof of purchase. frank green reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item doesn't meet return criteria.

Once your product is received and quality checked by our team, we will issue you a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing time with your financial institution.
Store Credit
