frank green will replace or refund items that are damaged or faulty on arrival. Contact us via email within 7 days of receiving a faulty or damaged item. Refund requests must be accompanied with a photo of the item and your order number/proof of purchase. Any refunds will be made in the form of original payment. We reserve the right to refuse your refund if the item is used or you do not have all the original packaging.

All other items are final sale. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Monogrammed and used items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

As a sustainability-led brand, it is important that we generate as little waste as possible. By placing limits on returns and exchanges we’re able to reduce our carbon footprint.
