We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us via our contact us page.

Frank Green is happy to exchange products. We undertake to exchange any undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase however we will not provide any refund of such purchase.  

Please note that under no circumstances will monogrammed or printed products be accepted for return due to change of mind.

If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange, we do not refund any shipping charges. Return of undamaged goods for exchange is entirely at your cost and risk.

If we are unable to replace or exchange the returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase.

If your frank green product is unused, undamaged and still in its original packaging, we can organise an exchange for you if you have changed your mind.

We’ll do this for any of our products, you’ll just need to return the product, with proof of purchase, within 14 days of receiving it. We don’t refund shipping costs.
