We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us via our contact us page within 14 days of receiving your product and provide your order number/proof of purchase.
Sadly, we aren't required to offer an exchange if you change your mind.
No exchanges or refunds will be available on monogrammed items.
