- Allow up to 3 business days for standard orders to be dispatched.
- Monogramming may add an additional 1-3 business days to your processing time.
Please note: During peak periods (promotions, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays) dispatch times are subject to change and may be longer. Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria so we follow all Victorian Public Holidays.

What is the frank green return policy?Updated 6 months ago
We want you to love everything you order from frank green, but if something isn't quite right you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to initiate a return.
Product/s must be unopened, undamaged, and unused. Please note, monogrammed items, limited edition collections and Lucky Bags are final sale and are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
Returns are issued as store credit, a refund to the original payment method or an instant refund to your bank account via Refundid. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are not covered, and you're responsible until the item is delivered and inspected. You will be able to purchase a label directly from us and the amount will be taken off your refund.
Faulty Product: for order issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, order number or proof of purchase. frank green reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item doesn't meet return criteria.
