Enjoy a 12-month warranty period from the date of purchase. If products are damaged upon arrival, products can either be repaired, replaced, or refunded (whole/partial). Proof of purchase is required.

"It’s a great water bottle until it comes time to clean. The silicone straw doesn’t remove or go back in easily. The flip back straw part is impossible to clean so it gets buildup if your kids are grubby like mine. Great for school I’m sure but not everyday use."

"Me and partner have Frank Green bottles that we absolutely adore so it made sense to get some for the kids too. Beautiful bottles (prepare to get lots of compliments), hardy and well made- you can tell they will outlive every other school bottle they have had. However for some reason they are super leaky. I would love Frank Green to be able to fix this and then it would be the perfect bottle- but for now I'd just advise keeping them upright."
