Easy to use, easy to break

"I originally purchased this lid and was (and am still) very much in love with it. After about a year the springs in the lid loosened and the lid no longer pops back or stay open if you’re chugging. I got a replacement part sent out (for free, which is amazing) and this second one also broke after a year ish. It’s still an amazing lid as it’s so much easier to drink whether you’re sitting up or standing, but it’s not one for longevity and I expected much more out of Frank Green products. :("
