"This is a very good size if you sweat a lot on fitness class. My husband and I are both doing body combat class for 55 minutes and my husband normally brings 2 bottles of water as he sweats a lot. With this 2L water bottle, he only needs to bring 1 at class. Although he said it's heavy when full. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase."
