Are lids interchangeable between different sizes?

Yes. Most lids are compatible across the reusable cup and bottle range. The universal design lets you swap lids between different bases, replace individual parts, and customise your setup. Check the specific product listing for full compatibility details.

What is the nano ceramic lining?

Our nano ceramic lining is one of four insulating walls, helping keep your drink at the perfect temperature while preserving pure flavour without a metallic aftertaste.

How do I clean the inside of my reusable bottle or cup?

Rinse with warm water and a small amount of dish soap after each use. For a deeper clean, use a bottle brush to reach the base. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could scratch the ceramic lining. The lid is dishwasher-safe.

Can I use this for both hot and cold drinks?

Yes. Triple-wall vacuum insulation works equally well for hot and cold beverages. Whether it's boiling tea in the morning or ice water at the gym, the insulation keeps your drink at the right temperature for hours.

What is this made from?

The body is crafted from premium stainless steel — a minimum of 90% recycled stainless steel in the Ceramic Reusable range. The interior has a ceramic lining for a pure-tasting drink every time. All materials are 100% BPA-free and certified to FDA and EU food safety standards.

Is this microwave safe?

No. Stainless steel is not suitable for microwave use. To heat drinks, add hot liquid directly to your bottle or cup before sealing.

Is the ceramic lining safe to drink from?

Yes. The ceramic lining is non-toxic, BPA-free, and certified to both FDA and EU food contact standards. It's inert — meaning it won't react with whatever you're drinking, hot or cold. Safe for daily use across the entire range.

What makes this different from other reusable bottles?

The ceramic lining. Most stainless steel drinkware has a bare metal interior that leaves a metallic taste in your drink. The ceramic lining eliminates that — water tastes like water, coffee tastes like coffee. Combined with triple-wall insulation, an award-winning lid system, and a modular compatibility range, it's built as a long-term replacement for single-use cups and bottles.

How long does this keep drinks hot or cold?

Triple-wall vacuum insulation is engineered to retain temperature for hours. Results vary depending on your drink's starting temperature, how often you open the lid, and the ambient conditions, but you can expect performance well beyond a standard workday or workout.

Is this reusable bottle or cup dishwasher safe?

The lid is dishwasher-safe. The insulated stainless steel base should be hand-washed only, as placing it in a dishwasher can damage the vacuum seal and reduce insulation performance over time. A quick wash with warm soapy water is all it needs.

We aim to get orders to you as quickly as possible so you can start using your frank green asap.

  • Allow up to 3-5 business days for standard orders to be dispatched.
  • Monogramming may add an additional 1-3 business days to your processing time.

Please note: During peak periods (promotions, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays) dispatch times are subject to change and may be longer. Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria so we follow all Victorian Public Holidays.

Returns

What is the frank green return policy?

We want you to love everything you order from frank green, but if something isn't quite right you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to initiate a return. 

Product/s must be unopened, undamaged, and unused. Please note, monogrammed items, limited edition collections and Lucky Bags are final sale and are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

Returns are issued as store credit, a refund to the original payment method or an instant refund to your bank account via Refundid. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are not covered, and you're responsible until the item is delivered and inspected. You will be able to purchase a label directly from us and the amount will be taken off your refund.

Faulty Product: for order issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, order number or proof of purchase. frank green reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item doesn't meet return criteria.
