Will the Edition II Bottle with Thermal Lid 1L / 34oz fit in my car's cup holder?

The 1L / 34oz Bottle is too wide for most standard car cup holders. But don't worry! Our Edition II Car Cup Holder Expander fits into your car's cup holder, creating a wider space to securely hold your 1L / 34oz frank green bottle while you drive.

What is the nano ceramic lining?

Our nano ceramic lining is one of four insulating walls, helping keep your drink at the perfect temperature while preserving pure flavour without a metallic aftertaste.

Is this microwave safe?

No. Stainless steel is not suitable for microwave use. To heat drinks, add hot liquid directly to your bottle or cup before sealing.

Is the ceramic lining safe to drink from?

Yes. The ceramic lining is non-toxic, BPA-free, and certified to both FDA and EU food contact standards. It's inert — meaning it won't react with whatever you're drinking, hot or cold. Safe for daily use across the entire range.

Are lids interchangeable between different sizes?

Yes. Most lids are compatible across the reusable cup and bottle range. The universal design lets you swap lids between different bases, replace individual parts, and customise your setup. Check the specific product listing for full compatibility details.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to get orders to you as quickly as possible so you can start using your frank green asap.

  • Allow up to 3-5 business days for standard orders to be dispatched.
  • Monogramming may add an additional 1-3 business days to your processing time.

Please note: During peak periods (promotions, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays) dispatch times are subject to change and may be longer. Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria so we follow all Victorian Public Holidays.

Returns

What is the frank green return policy?

We want you to love everything you order from frank green, but if something isn't quite right you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to initiate a return. 

Product/s must be unopened, undamaged, and unused. Please note, monogrammed items, limited edition collections and Lucky Bags are final sale and are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

Returns are issued as store credit, a refund to the original payment method or an instant refund to your bank account via Refundid. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are not covered, and you're responsible until the item is delivered and inspected. You will be able to purchase a label directly from us and the amount will be taken off your refund.

Faulty Product: for order issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, order number or proof of purchase. frank green reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item doesn't meet return criteria.
