Enjoy a 12-month warranty period from the date of purchase. If products are damaged upon arrival, products can either be repaired, replaced, or refunded (whole/partial). Proof of purchase is required.
Please be advised that we have a ‘no chew policy’. This means that warranty is void on all products that have been chewed on/destroyed.

Very attractive colours, comfortable to
"Very attractive colours, comfortable to use and keeps drinks cold. Also purchased the Ceramic Coffee Cup with hinged lid which is great concept and works well but find the sipping spout a little awkward. As it's a round hole, you have to slurp a bit to stop it seeping out when drinking - maybe need more of an indent/teardrop shape would help? Not sure how the review dots work but give Four Stars - great ideas"
First day after the present
"First day after the present was opened the flip straw opens on its own. eg on the table with no one around, in the fridge and in a school bag. Very disappointed considering the price we wanted a secure lid/straw that has no leaks. Random straw opening is very annoying and would think something of this price would function correctly"
I love it - but
"I love it - but one thing that is a little annoying is the handle. I have no suggestions how to fix it but somehow it is always in the way. Otherwise it keeps my water cool all day and is solid. I accidentally dropped it three stories from a car park on to grass but still when retrieved it didn’t have a dent or scratch. That’s impressive."

"Bought this bottle for my granddaughters 1st year of school. Thoroughly disappointed in the outer paintwork. Inside is great and love the ceramic coating. Unfortunately the outside looks as if she has already had it for a long time. I am not sure if this a different coating as we have had other frank green bottles and there hasn't been this problem."
